How Many Bagels Should I Order For Catering?
The rule we tell everyone is 1.5 bagels per person. Twenty people? Get 30 bagels. Sounds like a lot but trust us, they go fast. If you’re doing halves and there’s other food on the table, one per person works. But we’ve seen way too many events where someone shows up ten minutes late and the platter is picked clean. Get the extras. Leftover bagels are never a problem.

So our basic platter is a dozen or more hand-rolled bagels with cream cheese on the side. You pick the varieties and the flavors. Want all everything bagels? Done. Can I Order Bagel Catering for an Office Meeting?
This is literally what we do most. Monday morning meetings, team lunches, client breakfasts. Offices love bagels because they’re easy. Nobody needs a fork and knife. You grab one, spread some cream cheese, sit back down and keep the meeting going. We’ve got offices in Greenpoint and Williamsburg that order from us every single week. How Far in Advance Should I Order Bagel Catering?
For big orders, give us at least 24 hours. That way we can make sure we’ve got everything ready and fresh for you. Smaller orders or just picking up a few dozen? Same day usually works fine. But if you’re feeding 30, 40, 50 people, the more heads up the better. We’ve pulled off some wild last-minute orders before but we’d rather not make it a habit.
