Any of our 40 plus bagels works. Everything, salt, pumpernickel, a Cragel, or gluten free plain, sesame or everything. A croissant or a wrap is fine too.
Scrambled, fried, over easy, over medium, over hard or sunny side up. Want it lighter? Ask for egg whites.
American is the classic. We also have cheddar, Swiss, Muenster, pepper jack, provolone, feta, fresh mozzarella and vegan mozzarella.
Pick the bacon you like. Beef sausage, chicken sausage and vegan sausage are there if you want a second meat.
Put a hash brown right on the sandwich. Or add avocado, Mike's Hot Honey or two extra organic eggs if you're really hungry.

Yep. Every egg sandwich, omelette, pancake and French toast plate is on the menu from the time we open until we close. Late breakfast at 3pm? Totally normal here.
They are. Our egg sandwiches, the two egg builds and every omelette use organic eggs. You can also ask for organic egg whites instead of whole eggs on any of them.
We do. There are three vegan egg sandwiches, with vegan eggs, vegan sausage, vegan bacon and vegan cheese, and you'll find them all on our vegan menu. For gluten free, put any sandwich on a gluten free plain, sesame or everything bagel, or a gluten free wrap.
The B sandwiches are combos we put together, like steak with American cheese or turkey bacon with chipotle cream cheese. Building your own starts with two organic eggs on any bagel. Then you add the cheese and meat you want. Both get the same eggs and the same bagels.
Sure can. For a big morning meeting or a party, check out our catering menu at /catering. Catering orders include a 20% gratuity. For a few sandwiches, regular online ordering works fine.
