Mushrooms, mixed peppers and fresh mozzarella baked onto our bagel, earthy from the mushrooms and a little sweet from the peppers, with a chewy bottom holding it all up.
Grilled chicken cutlet, broccoli, pesto, mixed peppers and fresh mozzarella. The most filling of the bunch. Basically lunch on a bagel.

It's got a kick, and the chorizo is where it comes from. Roasted red peppers and pineapple keep things sweet so it doesn't take over. Want real heat? Add jalapenos or a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey.
The Classic and the Mushroom don't have any meat on them. Same with the Build Your Own until you add some. The Chicken Pesto and Spicy Hawaiian do, so skip those if you're keeping it meatless.
