Sandwich platters, salad platters, and soup combos delivered to Brooklyn and Manhattan offices. Same-day orders accepted by 9 AM. Catering Greenpoint, Williamsburg, DUMBO and lower Manhattan since 1992.
Order Lunch Catering Call +1 (718) 383-1600Your 11 AM meeting just got pushed back, six new people are joining, and now you have to feed everyone in two hours. We've fielded that call more times than we can count. Bagel Point built our office lunch program for that exact moment. We're a real Brooklyn kitchen, not a ghost brand running through three apps. We make the platters from scratch every morning at our Greenpoint shop, then load them up and roll them straight to your conference room. Sandwich platters built on bagels and ciabatta. Big salad platters that don't wilt. Soup and half-sandwich combos for the colder months. Wraps, grain bowls, and a dietary track that handles vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free without making it a whole production. We've fed Brooklyn offices for 33 years. We know the buildings, we know the doormen, and we know what a deadline-day lunch needs to look like. Take a look at our full catering menu for the rest of the spread.
Six platter formats that cover almost any office lunch. Mix and match across larger orders. Per-head numbers below are starting points, not the final quote.
Four steps. The whole thing usually takes one short phone call.
Tell us how many people, your delivery time, and any dietary asks. We'll talk you through the right platters for the headcount.
You get a written confirmation with the menu, total, delivery window, and any building access notes. No surprises later.
Sandwiches built fresh between 7 and 10 AM. Salads dressed at the door. Nothing sits overnight in a fridge somewhere.
Our driver brings everything to your floor, sets the platters out on your conference table, drops off utensils and napkins, and gets out of your way.
Office lunch budgets are usually a per-person number. Here's roughly what to expect at each headcount band. Final quote depends on platter mix and delivery zone.
One main platter, one side, drinks, paper goods, set-up.
Best for team meetings and monthly all-hands at small studios.

Best for quarterly reviews, training days, and board lunches.
Buffet-style spread, three platter types, two-three sides, drinks, full setup, signage.
Best for company kickoffs, conference catering, and all-hands offsites.
We build it from scratch. Multiple stations, dedicated event lead, on-site replenishing.
Best for big company events, multi-floor catering, and half-day workshops.

We deliver office lunch catering across most of Brooklyn and lower-to-mid Manhattan. Our drivers run the bridges all morning so we can hit downtown lunch windows reliably.
"We use Bagel Point for our Tuesday team lunches. Same driver every week now, knows our floor, knows our security desk. The wraps and salad trio are the move. Easy invoicing too."
"Booked them for a 60-person all-hands on a four-day notice. Showed up early, set up the conference room, no chaos. Eight people thanked me afterwards. That never happens."
"Solid food, fair pricing, real follow-through. One delivery ran a little late once but the dispatcher called me twenty minutes ahead. That's all I need. We've been ordering monthly since."
"We had a board lunch at 11:45 sharp, no wiggle room. They were on our floor at 11:30 with the platters laid out. The grain bowl bar got compliments from people who don't compliment things."
Plenty of options will deliver you lunch. Here's why the recurring office accounts stay with us.
If you're booking a working lunch more than once a month, switch to a recurring account. The math gets better and your week gets shorter.
Pick a day of the week, lock in a base headcount, and rotate through a 4-week menu so nobody gets bored. We invoice once a month so you're not chasing receipts. Headcount can flex up or down by 20% week-to-week without a phone call. Anything bigger, we just need 24 hours.
Everything office managers and EAs ask us before they place a Brooklyn lunch catering order.
Most Brooklyn offices spend between $12 and $18 per head on lunch catering. Bigger orders land at the lower end of that range. The number depends on platter mix, drinks, and delivery zone, and we'll send you the full quote in writing before you commit. No surprise add-ons.
Honestly, the more notice the better, but we built our kitchen around short windows. Two business days is comfortable. Twenty four hours is normal. Same day works if you call before 9 AM. Big orders over 60 heads usually want at least 48 hours so we can stack the prep right.
Yes. We deliver lunch catering across Manhattan from the East Village up through Midtown East. Our drivers run the Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges all morning, so a 12:30 lunch in Tribeca or Midtown is routine. Manhattan delivery fees start at $45 and we quote zone by zone.
Our standard minimum for office lunch catering is 8 heads. For some Manhattan zones the minimum sits closer to 12 because of the delivery distance. If you've got fewer people, we can still feed you, you'll just want our regular catering menu instead of a full platter setup. Easy to figure out on a quick call.
Yes, and we mean actually same day. Order by 9 AM and we'll deliver between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Most platter formats are good for same day. The big custom builds with three stations and a salad bar need a bit more runway, usually 24 hours.
Always. Tell us how many vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free folks, and any allergies, and we'll split the platters around it. We label everything with little ingredient tents so nobody's guessing at the buffet. There's no upcharge for the standard dietary swaps.
Yes. Our drivers don't just drop the bag at security and run. They bring everything to your floor, lay the platters out on your conference table or sideboard, set up utensils and napkins, and check the count with you before leaving. For the big orders, we send a second person to help with setup.
For sure. Pick a day of the week, lock in a base headcount, and we'll rotate the menu so nobody's eating the same wrap every Tuesday. You get one monthly invoice instead of weekly receipts. Four or more orders a month gets you our recurring discount, which usually saves 8 to 12 percent.
Cross-link the rest of our catering menu: corporate catering for full-service event meals, drop-off catering when you don't need set-up, our regular menu, or contact us with anything custom.
We deliver office lunch catering across north and west Brooklyn and most of lower-to-midtown Manhattan. Long Island City and select Queens stops are available with a day of notice. If your office is just outside the zones below, call anyway. We can usually make it work for the right window.
