Set Up a Corporate Account View Corporate PackagesIf you've ever been the person at the office who's in charge of food, you already know the headache. The vendor flakes. Half the order is missing. Someone forgot the cream cheese. Coffee shows up cold. And it's always your fault somehow. That's not us. We've been catering for Brooklyn and Manhattan offices for over 10 years out of our Greenpoint kitchen at 699 Manhattan Ave. A lot of our customers are weekly. Some are daily. Some only call us when there's a quarterly all-hands or a board breakfast. Doesn't matter. Same bagels. Same cream cheeses. Same setup every time. Curious how we'd handle your office? Take a look at our full catering menu and we'll go from there.
Most offices fall into one of three buckets. We've put together packages for each. And if your situation is weird or specific, just tell us what you need and we'll build something custom. We do this every day.

Add to Your Account →Office managers don't need fancy food. They need food that shows up. On time. Every time. With everything that's supposed to be there. That's the bar most caterers can't clear. We can. And we've been doing it for over a decade.
We deliver corporate catering from our Greenpoint kitchen to offices, coworking spaces, law firms, agencies, and event spaces all across Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Most of our weekly standing orders go to offices in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, DUMBO, and downtown Brooklyn, plus a steady run into the Financial District, SoHo, Tribeca, and Midtown.
Want morning service too? Breakfast catering works the same way for one-off events. If you're not sure whether we'll deliver to your address, just ask.
Most of our corporate customers were set up in a single phone call. Here's how it works:
Give us your headcount, dietary needs, and how often you want delivery. Once a week, twice a week, monthly, or just for special events. We'll build a package that fits.
Pick your standing delivery day and time. We'll send you a confirmation with the menu, the schedule, and your account contact. Same Tuesday slot every week, for example.
Your bagels get hand-rolled and water-boiled the same morning. Cream cheeses made fresh in house. Coffee brewed right before we walk out the door. Nothing sits around.
Instead of paying per order, corporate accounts get one consolidated invoice at the end of each month. Net 30 terms standard. Send it straight to your AP team.
4.1 stars on Google. 500+ reviews. And a lot of office managers who keep coming back every week.
"I'm an office manager for a 50-person team in Midtown. We've been ordering breakfast from Bagel Point every Friday for over a year. They've never been late. Never missed an item. Honestly the easiest catering vendor I've ever worked with in 10 years of office managing."
"Set up a standing Tuesday order for our Brooklyn agency. The cream cheese variety alone makes our team happy. Scallion goes first every week without fail. People literally come in earlier on bagel day."
"Catered our quarterly all-hands for 80 people in our SoHo office. Showed up an hour early like they said they would, set up two food stations, and had everything ready before our first employee walked in. Coffee was actually hot too."
Everything office managers want to know before setting up a standing corporate catering account in NYC or Brooklyn.
Corporate catering in NYC usually runs between $10 and $25 per person depending on what you order. A simple bagel and cream cheese standing order for 20 people is on the low end. Once you start adding lox platters, breakfast sandwiches, and full coffee service for 75 people, it climbs from there. Our weekly standing orders are usually the best deal per person because we lock in volume pricing. We'll give you a flat per-person number before you commit so there's no math surprises later.
For most corporate catering orders we like to see at least 10 people, but we'll work with smaller teams if it's a recurring weekly order. Standing accounts get more flexibility on minimums than one-off events. For big corporate events with full setup we usually start at 25 people because that's where the math makes sense for the trucks and staff. Just call us and we'll figure out a setup that works.
48 hours is the sweet spot for most one-off corporate catering in NYC. That gives the kitchen enough time to plan and pull the right ingredients. Recurring or standing orders get easier after the first delivery because we already know your setup. For company-wide events with 75+ people, try to give us at least a week so we can get everything dialed in. Same-day or next-day orders happen sometimes but we can't always pull them off.
Yes, and honestly that's most of what we do. Our regular customers are offices on weekly or biweekly standing orders. Same delivery day, same time, same setup every week. You set it up once and forget about it for the rest of the year. We can also pause for office holidays or summer slowdowns and pick back up whenever you need. No long-term contracts. No early-cancellation fees.
Bagels are pretty hard to beat for corporate breakfast catering in NYC. They feed a roomful of picky eaters without anybody complaining. No utensils. Easy cleanup. Vegetarians and gluten-free folks both have options. Pastry platters, breakfast burritos, and hot egg sandwiches are the other popular picks. But for a recurring office order where you need it to just work every single time, bagels and cream cheese is the play. Our 20+ cream cheese flavors mean nobody gets stuck with the same thing twice.
Yep, all the time. Manhattan deliveries are most of our corporate work actually. Lower Manhattan, the Financial District, SoHo, Tribeca, Chelsea, Midtown, all the way up. Delivery fees depend on distance from our Greenpoint kitchen but we keep them reasonable. Most Manhattan corporate orders just have a flat trip fee that's the same every week. Nothing surprise about it.
For sure. Gluten-free bagels and vegan cream cheese are available on every single order. Just tell us when you set up the account and we'll bake it into your standing menu so you don't have to ask each time. We also handle dairy-free, nut-free, and kosher-style options. Every dietary item gets a clear label on the platter so people aren't guessing what they can eat. Allergies and dietary needs are something we deal with literally every day at the shop, so it's never a problem.
Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing instead of paying per order. We'll set up your billing contact during account setup and send one consolidated invoice at the end of each month with all your deliveries itemized. Net 30 is the standard term. We can match a PO format if your AP team needs that or send invoices through your vendor portal. Most of our corporate customers are on autopay or ACH, but check or card on file works too.
