We deliver breakfast catering from our Greenpoint kitchen to offices, event spaces, and homes all across Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Most of our Brooklyn deliveries are a flat rate and we're already making runs across the borough every morning before most people are awake.
We also deliver to Manhattan offices (Lower Manhattan, Financial District, SoHo, Tribeca, Chelsea, Midtown). If you're not sure whether we deliver to your area, just call and ask.
Getting Brooklyn's best breakfast bagels delivered to your event is easy. Here's how it works:
Choose one of our three breakfast catering packages or tell us exactly what you want. We can customize anything. Just give us your headcount, the date, and any dietary needs your group has.
Pick your delivery date, time, and address. We cater across all of Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Most orders just need 48 hours notice, but give us a week for big events if you can.
Your bagels get hand-rolled and water-boiled that same morning. Cream cheeses made fresh in house. Coffee brewed right before we walk out the door. Nothing sits around overnight.
We show up on time with everything ready to go. Platters arranged, labels on the cream cheeses, coffee station set up with cups and stirrers. You just point us to the table.
"We order from Bagel Point every Friday for our office. The cream cheeses alone are worth it. Scallion and lox spread are the favorites. People actually show up early on bagel day."
"Catered our company all-hands breakfast. 45 people and not a single bagel left. They set up everything before we even got to the office. Honestly the easiest catering experience I've had in 10 years of office managing."
"Good bagels, solid catering. They were about 10 minutes late on delivery but called ahead to let us know. The food itself was great and the coffee was actually good, which is rare for catering coffee."
Everything you need to know about ordering breakfast catering in Brooklyn from Bagel Point.
Most breakfast catering in Brooklyn runs somewhere between $6 and $15 per person depending on what you order. A basic bagel and cream cheese spread is on the lower end. Once you start adding egg sandwiches, lox platters, fruit, and coffee service, it goes up from there. We try to keep our packages competitive with other Brooklyn breakfast caterers. For a group of 20 people you're usually looking at a couple hundred bucks total for a really solid spread that actually impresses people. Compare that to buying everyone individual breakfasts at $12 a pop and the math works out fast.
A good breakfast catering order should cover the basics and then some. You want bagels or pastries, a couple of cream cheese or spread options, coffee with all the fixings, and plates and napkins. The better caterers also include fruit, juice, and breakfast sandwiches so people have real choices. We include cups, lids, stirrers, sugar, cream, and serving utensils with every order. That way you don't have to scramble for supplies five minutes before your meeting starts. Nobody wants to be the person running to the break room looking for napkins while the CEO is already eating.
48 hours is the sweet spot for most breakfast catering orders in Brooklyn. That gives us enough time to plan your order, stock the right ingredients, and make sure everything gets prepped fresh the morning of. We can sometimes pull off same day or next day orders if our kitchen has capacity, but no promises on that. If you've got a big event with 50 plus people, try to give us at least a week so we can get everything dialed in and make sure we have enough hands on deck for setup.
Yep. We deliver breakfast catering all across Brooklyn and into Manhattan. Lower Manhattan, Midtown, the Financial District, SoHo, wherever you need us. Delivery fees depend on distance but we try to keep them reasonable. Most of our Brooklyn deliveries are a flat rate since we're already out there every morning anyway. Manhattan can be a bit more depending on how far uptown you're going but we'll give you the total before you commit to anything.
Bagels are honestly one of the best options for office breakfast catering in NYC. They're easy to eat, no utensils needed, and everybody can find something they like from the spread. Other popular choices are pastry platters, breakfast burritos, and hot egg sandwiches. But here's the thing. If you want something that works for a group of 20 where half the people are picky and one person is gluten-free and another is vegan, bagels win every time because you can customize each one. That's kind of our whole thing at Bagel Point. Twenty plus cream cheeses means nobody gets left out.
For sure. We have gluten-free bagels and vegan cream cheese available on every order if you need them. Just let us know when you place your order and we'll make sure those options are included and labeled clearly so people aren't guessing. We also have dairy-free and nut-free options for people with allergies. If someone on your team has a specific dietary need, tell us when you order and we'll work around it. We deal with this stuff every single day at the shop so it's never a problem for us to accommodate.
Plan for about 1 to 1.5 bagels per person. If you're offering a bunch of different flavors, people tend to grab extras to try the ones they haven't had before. So for a meeting of 20 people, order about 25 to 30 bagels and you'll be in good shape. For cream cheese, figure about 1 pound for every 12 bagels. We'll help you figure out the right amount when you order. And honestly, always order a little more than you think you need. Running out is way worse than having a few leftovers. Leftover bagels never go to waste in an office.
Huge difference. Night and day honestly. Water-boiled bagels have that chewy, dense texture with a slightly crispy outside that a real New York bagel is supposed to have. Steamed bagels, which is what most chain stores and grocery delis sell these days, are softer and more like bread. They puff up bigger but they don't have the same bite or that satisfying chew. Ours are boiled in water before baking, which is the traditional way it's been done in New York for over a hundred years. It's more work and takes longer but the result is completely different. Once you've had a real water-boiled bagel you just can't go back to the steamed version anymore.
