Want to make holiday breakfast catering feel special? Lox does it. Our lox platters come with hand sliced smoked salmon and the fixings, laid out so guests can stack their own. Put that next to a dozen everything bagels and a tub of plain cream cheese and you've got the classic Brooklyn breakfast. Nothing fancy about it. Just good.
How many bagels do you need? A good rule is 1.5 bagels per person. If you're halving them and there's other food on the table, like pastries or French toast, one per person usually covers it. So for twenty guests with a full spread, twenty bagels is about right. Without extras, aim closer to thirty.
