Order Party Catering Call +1 (718) 383-1600So you've got 18 people coming over Saturday for a baby shower. Or your kid's graduation brunch is next weekend. Or a coworker's last day is tomorrow and you somehow got volunteered to handle the food. We get it. We've been the answer to that exact problem for over a decade in Greenpoint. We make bagel platters that feed small parties the way they actually want to be fed. No chafing dishes. No servers in your apartment. You open the box, set it on the table, and your guests dig in. Three party sizes — 10, 20, or 30 people. Pick the tier that matches your headcount. Want to see the rest of what we cook for events? Take a look at our full catering menu.
Three packages. Three sizes. Real prices on the page. We built these tiers around the parties we actually cater every weekend in Brooklyn. If your headcount is between sizes, just round up. Nobody complains about leftover bagels.
Best for intimate birthdays, small showers, and brunches with close family. Simple, fresh, and everyone leaves full.

Made the morning of your party. Not frozen. Not store-bought. The real Brooklyn deal.
Scallion, lox spread, jalapeño, honey walnut, strawberry. Vegan options available too. People have favorites.
Sliced tomato, red onion, capers, lettuce. The stuff that turns a bagel into a real meal.
Berries, melon, grapes, mini muffins, danishes. Add-ons available on every tier.
Plates, napkins, serving utensils, tongs. You handle the music. We handle the food.
We pull up, hand it over, and head out. Open the box and your party already looks good.
Three recent small parties we catered. Different neighborhoods, different vibes, same hand-rolled bagels.
Sarah's baby shower in Williamsburg. 22 guests, the Celebration package with extra fruit and a vegan cream cheese swap. The lox platter was empty before the games even started.
Last-minute order. They called Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday morning. The Big Day platter, balloons, candles, and 28 people crammed into a Greenpoint apartment. We've done this exact play probably a hundred times.
Family graduation brunch in Park Slope for 26 people. The Big Day package, full lox board, mimosas they handled themselves. Mom said the bagels were the only thing nobody asked questions about all morning.
Bagel platters are the easiest way to feed a small party in Brooklyn. No utensils. No reheating. No worrying about the food sitting too long. People grab a bagel, build it how they want, and keep moving. Hosts always tell us the same thing afterward. They got to talk to their guests instead of running back and forth to the kitchen.
Every small party has a picky eater, a vegetarian, a kid who only eats plain food, and an uncle who somehow doesn't like cheese. Bagels solve this. With twenty plus cream cheeses and a full bagel-bar setup, everyone builds their own thing.
If your group's bigger than 30 or you only need food (no setup, no fuss), check out our drop-off catering or our weekend brunch catering options. Same Bagel Point quality, different format.
Call Us: +1 (718) 383-1600We deliver small party catering from our Greenpoint shop to apartments, brownstones, event spaces, and small offices all across Brooklyn. Most Brooklyn deliveries are a flat fee since we're already running across the borough every morning.
We also drop off in Manhattan (Lower Manhattan, Financial District, SoHo, Tribeca, Chelsea, Midtown) for a small distance fee. If you're not sure whether we cover your block, just call. We've probably already been there. Most party orders have a $95 minimum, which lines up with our smallest tier.
Three steps from headcount to "your guests are eating." That's the whole pitch.
Choose the 10, 20, or 30 person tier. Or tell us your headcount and we'll point you the right way. Custom swaps for dietary needs, no problem. Have a quick look at the menu if you want to add specific items.
Same day, next day, or up to a week out. Most parties book us 2 to 5 days in advance. But we love a last-minute call. If your event's tomorrow morning, give us a shout right now.
Bagels rolled and boiled that morning. Cream cheeses prepped. Platters arranged. We drop off and you open the box to a party that already looks set up. Need a quote for a custom order? Just give us a call or drop us a note.
Got more than 30 people? Check our main catering page for larger event quotes.
"Booked the Celebration platter for my sister's baby shower with about 30 hours notice. They were amazing. The lox was gone in 10 minutes and three guests asked for the name of the place before they left."
"We had a last-minute graduation brunch and Bagel Point saved us. Ordered Friday night, picked up Saturday morning. Everything was fresh and labeled. The honey walnut cream cheese was unreal."
"Best small party catering we've found in Brooklyn honestly. Did the Big Day for my mom's 60th and the spread looked like something from a magazine. Easy ordering, fair price, food showed up on time."
"Solid party platter. We got the 20 person package for an office birthday and there was just enough food. Maybe could have used a few more bagels honestly. They told us up front to round up next time and I should have listened."
Everything you might want to know about ordering small party catering in Brooklyn from Bagel Point.
Most small party catering in Brooklyn lands somewhere between $9 and $15 per person depending on what's on the platter. A basic bagel and cream cheese spread runs cheaper. Add lox, deli boards, fruit, and pastries and the per-head number creeps up. Our packages keep it simple. The Get-Together is $95 for 10 people, the Celebration is $185 for 20, and the Big Day is $285 for 30. That's a flat rate before any add-ons. So a 20 person baby shower with us is around $9 a head. Hard to beat in Brooklyn.
Bagel platters are honestly the best food for a small party of 10 to 30 people. They're easy to eat, no utensils needed, and everyone can build their own thing. That solves the picky-eater problem in one move. Other solid choices are sandwich towers, charcuterie boards, and brunch spreads with fruit and pastries. But for groups this size where you don't want to reheat anything or babysit a buffet, bagel party platters win. They look great on a kraft-paper table and they hold up for a couple hours without going sad.
48 hours is the sweet spot. That gives us time to roll your bagels fresh that morning and confirm any swaps for dietary needs. We can usually do same-day for orders placed before 11am, especially for the 10 or 20 person tiers. The 30 person Big Day platter we like a few extra days for, just so we can prep enough lox and cheese. If your party's a week out, even better. We'll have you locked in.
The best baby shower catering in Brooklyn keeps it light, photo-worthy, and easy to pick at all afternoon. That's basically what a Bagel Point party platter is. The Celebration tier (20 people, $185) is the one most baby showers grab. Mini bagels, four cream cheeses, lox, fresh fruit, mini pastries. Add a vegan cream cheese for guests who don't do dairy and you've covered everyone. People stand around the table for hours and graze. Nobody has to sit down to eat.
Yes. We do birthday party catering for delivery across Brooklyn and parts of Manhattan, six days a week. You pick your tier, your delivery window, and an address. We pull up ready to serve. No setup needed, no servers, no event minimum. Birthday parties are actually the most common small party we cater. We've done surprise 30ths, kid-friendly 10-person hangouts, and milestone 50ths in equal measure.
Plan on 1.25 to 1.5 bagels per person for a 20 person party. So somewhere between 25 and 30 bagels total. People grab a half here and a quarter there once you've got multiple flavors out. Our 20 person Celebration tier comes with 26 bagels which hits that math right in the middle. For cream cheese, figure about 1 pound for every 12 bagels. We always tell folks to round up if they're stuck between two numbers. Leftover bagels at the office Monday morning are never a problem.
Yes, last-minute small party catering is one of the things we're known for in Brooklyn. Our kitchen on Manhattan Ave is already rolling bagels at 4am for the shop. So a same-day order placed before 11am is usually doable for the 10 or 20 person packages. Next-day works for any of our tiers. If you're calling about a 30 person platter for a same-day pickup, we'll be honest about whether we can pull it off. Most weekends we can.
Every small party platter from Bagel Point includes hand-rolled water-boiled bagels, house-made cream cheeses, sliced tomato and red onion, capers, and a fresh fruit bowl. The Celebration and Big Day tiers add sliced lox, deli cheese, and pastries. Plates, napkins, and serving utensils come with every order. So when the box opens, your party is basically already set up. You don't have to hunt for plates or run out for cream cheese mid-event.
